The Social Reckoning
Sixteen years after The Social Network, Aaron Sorkin returns to the world of Facebook, this time exploring the consequences of the social media giant's extraordinary influence.
Inspired by real events, the film follows Facebook engineer Frances Haugen, who becomes increasingly concerned about information uncovered within the company. Determined to bring the truth to light, she joins forces with Wall Street Journal journalist Jeff Horwitz, setting in motion an investigation that challenges one of the world's most powerful technology companies.
Written and directed by Academy Award-winning screenwriter Aaron Sorkin, The Social Reckoning is a gripping drama exploring corporate accountability, whistleblowing, journalism, and the ethical responsibilities of technology companies. Featuring an outstanding ensemble cast, the film revisits the world introduced in David Fincher's The Social Network from a compelling new perspective.

The film is in English with Dutch subtitles.
