How it works

2. Buy your own ticket from the cinema. A Cineville pass works at most of the cinemas we go to. Where seats are assigned, the host's seat is in the description, so you can book nearby.
3. Meet at the meetup time. It's earlier than the film; we go in together shortly before it starts, so please don't be late.
4. Stay for a drink afterwards. Talking about the film is half the point.

Elia Kazan's drama, built on Marlon Brando's naturalistic performance and Budd Schulberg's street-level dialogue, won eight Academy Awards, including Best Picture. It screens in a 4K restoration.
